That's what I thought.
I'll continue to not include pics automatically in TreeDraw
until/unless they can pick up the preferred picture as I use those
tags to mark pics for Legacy Scrapbook/Slideshow etc.

Here's an answer from SpanSoft:
The flags you're looking for in Legacy are the little checkboxes which
appear over each thumbnail in the Picture Gallery. If you hold your cursor
over them you will get the hint "Tag/Untag item for Slide Shows and
Printing".
If you then use the "Must have "Print"

I don't think it can be done - at least not easily.
The first problem is: What is a "Print flag"?
As you've discovered, it's not the Preferred mark.
Is it the Picture Tag? In a Legacy scrapbook you are supposed to be
able to print just tag
