Dave, How do you automate the backups? I have a thumb drive, that I actually have a copy of the program on (that way I can run the program on someone else's computer). Then I put the latest zip backup on it. I know a little bit about auto-run batch files, but not much. Kirstin Dave Naylor wrote:

Dave, I did cut down my description a bit - we're almost identical in process except I do it manually. My programming isn't up to much, so I haven't tried to set up a batch process. However I do keep my multimedia files on the USB drive as well and backup these in the same way as the fdb and zip
