RINs.
But are you saying that exporting to a new file didn't fix it?

You could wait and see or you could try some of the other fixes. The
worst from my point of view is exporting to a new file as you lose
your creation
I get this occasionally. File Maintenance fixes it for me.

I know it is confusing in that the heading doesn't give the error
number (the solution applies to a number of different errors), but if
you don't have a recent enough Jet engine, nothing else will fix this error.
