Best thing I ever did was go to two monitors (and one is a wide screen). I
have Legacy on one and Ancestry on the other.

two desktop screens use only 1 keyboard? Presumably so. I'm not

Yay to this. I couldn't live without dual monitors, since about 10
minutes after I got the second. Although, having a widescreen with two
programs open side-by-side might be similarly good.

I want to thank all who contributed experiences and comments on the
subject. I just found an HP 2207h at Amazon for $180 and free shipping.
I have popped for this monitor and think I may ATTEMPT to install it
along side my dying 17 LCD. (It ain't dead yet and I don't believe in
euthanasia ...
