Have you tried deleting Legacy and then re-installing Legacy? After many efforts at trying to resolve a problem and after receiving much help from the list, nothing seemed to work. In frustration I deleted Legacy and re-installed. The problem went away. My guess is you've probably already done

You may be a victim of what I consider poor programming (Note to self: ignore all the flames from others here.) If you select "Backup File" from the menu or as part of shutting down but fail to put a checkmark on anything (in other words, nothing to backup), and then click on the Backup button,

Yes, you have to click on the Source icon for a certain person, select the Source you want to use and click on Edit Detail, now select the Text/Comments tab and add the text you want to appear for the Source Detail and select the option "Add this text to the Source Citation on Reports". Evert 200
