Every time I have tried to join the email list for LEGACY (the email

Could you please add me on?

I see some discussion about 7.4.0.19. When I check my version, I'm on
7.4.0.6. How do I upgrade? I could not find a "Check for Updates" option
in the program, nor did I see any update download, other than the full
program, on the site.
Thanks in advance...

Just to clarify, FamilySearch.org at http://www.familysearch.org is

I too like "Calc" and used it for years but have stopped 'cause it
doesn't have a nice clear universal date qualifier word to print in
narratives.
For example; if I use "Abt" the word "about" (which the whole world
understands) appears with the date in narratives. If I use "Cal" or

Some people use Calc instead of Abt. Abt is a good way to get a general idea of
a person's lifespan for research direction, whereas calc is based on a stated
age and is probably more concrete.

Yes, that's what setting to Default does. Well, it shouldn't "squish" but it
will reset the columns to show only RIN, Full Name, Sex, Birth, Birth Place,
Death and Death Place. Those are the "default" columns.
