Nothing is 'necessary' - it's all by choice. If you're attaching the same census info to several individuals you can copy and past the Event as well as the supporting source documentation and that can include the image. Whether you also attach the image to the Event itself is an option but it's not

Where should scan images be attached, to the Source Detail or in the Event Section? The samples lists census records in both locations. Also, if the image is a supporting document (like a census record), is it necessary to attach a copy to each individual? Thanks, Dave B Legacy User Group

What you are asking is 'impossible'. I have worked with the Visitations for years, and because each visitation has a shape that is unique, each person can be added itno the DB in the correct place, but Legacy will not create a report duplicate to the book. What did you actually want to happen? R

It also happened to me. It is most definitely an issue on the Legacy end of the list. It has nothing to do with the user's ISP or spam settings! I would think Legacy would be trying to get it fixed permanently, as it has to cause them extra work. It certainly causes me extra work reading all
