Remember, in Legacy the program does not save photos, etc., just addresses of them already on a hard drive. So if you want the photo in multiple places, the space used is only the address, not the photo, so adding to multiple people/events/sources takes only the keystrokes/characters of the

Bob, Initially let me comment on the file name which you give at the end of your post: '6100 Marriage Records, XYZ County, TN' is not an acceptable file name as it contains commas. Commas are only used to define a path and to include them in a file name can only cause confusion. It is also
