files ToDo.usr and ToDoRpt.usr in your Legacy folder and see if that works.

Apologies! You're right Brian. In order to 'move' the push pins, you must work
from the Master location list.
I would try to resize by dragging the arrow, but as soon as I let go it
would go right back to the original size. I did fix the problem by
uninstalling, then rebooting the computer, then reinstalling.
