Brian, The reason this was a serious problem for me was because I required a PDF/A-1b ver. 1.3 file to send to LuLu.com for publishing. I believe Legacy produces a PDF ver. 1.2 without /A-1b thus fonts can't be properly embedded in the file. I am using PDFCreator as the printer device. This

Have run a 48 page report complete with citations for each generation.  Table of contents covered 2 pages and the report also had the index of names (6 pages) at the end. All pages were numbered correctly and jumping from section to section, the pages displayed what was in the table of
