Or - if you have scan capability, you could scan the two or more into one
document (say a .pdf) or .jpg if you prefer, save it and use just one source
for the census event.

One event, I would type the details in and I always indicate the line number
on the census anyway, so then I'd go on to "page 2, line 1". And two images
would be attached to the source.

- Create two Events with two citations (one citation for each page)?

I like these suggestions to use the word registration and will be changing my
"district" location to "registration district" , thanks everyone.

They are indirectly attached and they could be shown if the programmers
wanted to. Not tryi

I recently tried attaching a census image to a source entry. It
brought up a Picture Gallery-like dialog and added the image OK.
However, when I went to the actual Picture Gallery the census image
is not there. Is there a way to make the image show up both as a
source attachment and in the Picture

That is an interesting thought & I've just tried it with a queried
placename from my tree - and yes, 'Luffield Abbey?' sorts directly
after 'Luffield Abbey' in the master List of locations.
I quite like the ? at the front of a placename because it emphasises the
uncertainty - but there's mileage
