I have found and fixed this problem. I'll be giving a new build to our
testers soon.

Ron,
I expected the button label to change and it didn't. That was what
confused me.

Hi Rick,
The only piece of advice I have is to run Tools---> Compact File on your FTM
file prior to exporting. This checks, and sometimes fixes any data problems
that might exist in your FTM file. I believe Compact file is under Tools in
all versions of FTM since at least FTM 2006 (v16).

Peggy,
For future reference, the tblMR stands for “table Marriage Records”. In fact
all tables in the database are pre-referenced with “tbl” or for more clarity
–TBL. I use similar techniques when programming and also use CamelCase.

I am using Legacy 7 and I have upgraded to build .154. I'm not sure if
my problem is related to that or not.
I discovered two identical master sources and wanted to combine them. I

Brian,
I haven't noticed the same problems after the upgrade to V. 7.5.0.154. Yes (in
my case) it did fix the previous problems, however, like Ron, I can't make a
recommendation one way or the other. It's entirely your choice.

Brian,
Whether or not you choose to update is entirely your choice, and I make no
recommendation. However, As far as I can see, and I have tested most, if not
all, of the changes needed without finding any problems. It is also
noticeable that there have been none reported to LUG.

With all the report, font etc problems that version 7.5.0.149 had,
I am a little reluctant to update to V. 7.5.0.154.
Does it fix the previous problems, should I wait for a future release?
Please advise.

On our website www.LegacyFamilyTree.com, go to Help Center > "How to
import files from other programs" for details on creating a gedcom in
FTM - the process depends on the version of FTM you have.
It's important that you select the correct options.

I'm going to take the plunge and move from FTM (after 10+ years) to Legacy.
Is there information available on making this move? I know how to
export/import GEDCOMs. But is there a list of "best practices" or possible
pitfalls to watch out for as I move my files?
Thanks in advance for any advice
I don't see that feature in the latest build of Legacy v7.5.0.154, so
I'm not sure what you're looking at.
Please update to the latest build. There were quite a few fixes for
report and sourcing problems in this build

In the SEARCH window under the MISCELLANEOUS tab there is an option "Create
a Potential Census List". When I choose this option and click on "Create
List" nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

Pretty neat CE - I had not used this approach, having opted for the 'Tools' -->
'Set Relationships' feature that placed the relationship above the individuals
home screen. Thanks for sharing this information - Legacy just gets better and
