THANK YOU MARILYN. Now I know the issue is not solely with me. I cannot live with a font size of 6 when working with the screens. And, as you said, enlarging to say a 10 for Times New Roman should not lead to giant fonts that won't fit in the blocks. Brian - I know you likely are not monitoring

Evert, I tried this and the fonts reverted from Arial to New Times Roman, and HUGE. Then I futzed with it some more and after de-selecting stretch while resizing and then re-selecting it again, it took and held my new sizes, which are Arial 10 (minimum) and Arial 12 (Maximum). Thanks!
