Thanks Mike and Tim. That works for me. I had returned to the family view after creating the list and then decided to tag it. I right clicked on the tag boxes to get to Advanced Tagging. It opens the same screen as the method you use but the "Tag Everyone in the search list" is grayed out

Family Group Record Have selected "MRINs" in the Report Options and have selected "Add MRN to Title" on the "Family Group Record for" menu. The record selection box at the bottom of the menu shows the name and the MRIN but the MRIN does not show in the preview. Can anyone duplicate this? Thanks,
