I am assuming you are talking about the .zip files that are your backups.
Use File > Restore Family File for the database.
Just double-click on the Multi-media file (that goes with the database file you

I just updated to version 7.5.0.165 and created a search list for the 1940
census. I wanted to tag everyone in the list, but when I went to advanced
search the "Tag everyone in search list" was grayed out. When I view the search
list it is there. How can I tag this list?

In the newest version of Legacy, there is a new tool that allows you to search
for people in your database that may appear in the 1940 census. After creating
this search list, I would like to tag the people in the list.

I thought I had used this method before but perhaps I am wrong. It is strange
that the search list is still available and can be used in other parts of the
program but not Advanced tagging when accessed using the method I described.

I am going through process where I need to export updates and gedcom
subsets, doing probably 10-15 per hour.
1) Every time I generate a new Gedcom the character set defaults to

Ignore the 4-field convention and use as many as you need for each location.
According to the Help (Adding or Editing Locations) your restriction is
255 characters.
This has been discussed many times before, you may like to check the

It is working for me. The MRIN of the couple appear in the report title.
Make sure that the text [MRIN] appears in the box with the title of the
report. That is what causes Legacy to fill in the Title with the MRIN.
