My upbringing agrees with Henry – almost always “great grand”, not ever “grand grand” – but the extended family also uses “great great”, for example “great great aunt Molly”. But atm I wish that was my only problem – I’m having a weird problem with “children” (separate post). Ian Thoma

Pat, Go to Tools - Set Relationships and Clear relationships Do a File - File Maintenance - Check/Repair Then back to Tools - Set Relationships and Set them again making sure that Great is chosen on that screen. Then go to the Report and click the Reset button then choose your options again
