Which view are you on Marion? They pop up on Family View and Pedigree View but on Index View, Descendant View and the Name List there is a pop up saying to click to see hint results. Note Hints have been tweaked since the Manual was written. For latest Help see the Help in the program and

According to the Manual If you hover your mouse over the icon, a quick summary of the number of hints and where they were found is shown in a popup tooltip. Nothing pops up when I hover - I have to actually click on the Hints icon to see what has been found. Is anyone else having this problem?
