I too have struggled with this (as a long time TMG user). The issue for me is that when you do link individuals to the event you can't add specific details to each individual without first closing down the main individual and then going into each other one in turn to add the detail. Drives me

I like to add a note to the folk sharing an an event but I keep getting error messages.. Here is the text from the Help file Select from the Name List The Name List appears with a column of checkboxes along the left side of each name. Select the desired person or people by clicking on the
