Only one message from test list came in when I downloaded my mail this am
following an away trip.
Has something changed or could this be a result of my not collecting my email?

I have the free Lite version of Ancestral Quest installed and moved my
Legacy database into it a year or two ago. I don't use it but like to see
how the various programs work. The notes are there, even in the free Lite
version. The problem is I don't remember what type of GEDCOM I used. I

If this were me, the first thing I would do is to close Legacy down and then
reboot my computer. Sometimes doing this will set things right. If Legacy will
close properly, then this shouldn’t cause a problem and might help.
If you can close Legacy, you might try rebooting first and then report

Are you asking how you change your email address for the Legacy user group list?
If so, I'd think you could unsubscribe your old email and then subscribe your
new email address by using the links at the bottom of each message you receive
from the Legacy user list.

Try dragging it a little at a time. Resize the window in several small steps

I use an obituary event as I like the transcribed obit to be included in
reports where events and notes are allowed.
I edited my event definition sentences to read differently, depending on how
much source information I know.
For instance, if I know the date and location of the publication

that number in the Find A Grave ID box for this individual. You can turn

Jean, did you type the obituary text into the notes portion of the Event? If
so, try opening the Obituary Event for this person by highlighting the Obituary
Event on the Individual’s Information window, click on Edit and then remove the
obituary text from the notes portion of the Event.
