I'm not even seeing options for Spouses Notes'. If you select Notes,
they'll be included. Marriage Notes and Children's Notes have their

options in Include section are: "Age at Death", "Children of Each Spouse",
"Spouse's Notes", etc.
Under Format for Family Group, many options are greyed out including: "Put
boxes around individuals, shadowed, etc.",

I've had a closer look.
You can include Spouse notes in all Book Reports and although they're
greyed out in the Family Group Report, they're included automatically if
you've chosen to include Notes.
I'm not sure what other report you'd be wanting to add them to.

Perhaps you need to try another report type.
In each report, some options are greyed out as the same Report Options
dialogue boxes are used.
What report are you trying to add spouse's notes to? We can't say
whether you should be able to choose them or not if we don't know which
