work, I've volunteered some, but, I too am frustrated with their trees, just as
I am with ancestry.com trees, so many duplications and so many errors, it's a
daunting task trying to get the corrections made.

far stretch they FS buy Ancestry.com than they would sell FS. FS is

I am a bit dismayed about you or anyone stopping to contribute to
FindaGrave just because it was sold to Ancestry.com. FaG has built in
funding sources but it has outgrown its owners probably limited
resources. Ancestry is probably acting in a White Knight capacity as
anything else.

I sometimes get frustrated with the quality of FS Family Tree data, but it is
what it is. It will only get cleaned up if we do it, no one else will.
The main reason I correct and merge records of my ancestors is that I want the
data on my ancestors to be correct and widely available
