Michelle Your statement that you in order to share events with a person is to add them to your database is not correct. For example, my grandmother was a servant in 1901 and I have shared her 1901 census with the head of household by name only without adding her to the database. Her name shows up

Leo, Again, this is going to be personal preference. To share these events you will have to add the people involved to your database. If you are working in a very tight community, and you do a lot of collateral research, this might not be a bad idea because these people are probably related
