I'd like to apply the patch but... I don't know where. Grepping the

- open any outline
- hit Ctrl-I to add a node
- select the headline so you can edit it
- change the headline, then press Ctrl-S to save the outline.
Important: press Ctrl-S when the headline is still selected and can be
