errors I got in my check for glibc that look exactly like this one
with localedef. I'll collect all the program names and such... maybe
theres a connection between them all. Some library perhaps is damaged?

Don't worry. /tools is temporary, so it doesn't really matter if
libexec is there. In the final system you'll have a nice clean
