Associate an icon image with command

Could someone refresh me on how to associate an icon image with an internal command (e.g. ".uno:DoFoo")? I did it once, many years ago, but I can't remember the process. There was something very non-obvious about this, like you have to set some flag to 1 to enable that image or something like that

I have a suggestion and this kinda stems from what I have seen on Kubuntu. Is it possible to add a feature under help that says Report bug that then opens a wizard in LO that will gather all the required details that would make for a good bug report, and then automatically submit it to bugzilla?
