Strange, any chance you could rerun with the wizard again, since if the .odb
doesn't exist we won't get anywhere near the crash.
(From my understanding the wizard first creates a .odb

We had this for a while when we couldn't load fbembed.so (used by
libfirebird_sdbclo.so), no idea what the reason could be now.
