Their not certified RYF (for reasons that escape me) but several vendors who do RYF laptops have done desktops too at various times (depending on stock). Minifree has done so in the past (though their not offering one at the moment). Vikings.net has one at this link: https://store.vikings.net/l

I think that the most useful will be to buy a compliant laptop (as those sell buy Thinkpenguin such as Lenovo Thinkpad T60 or T400), buy a compliant free-software wireless card (such as AR7291) for laptop and make a software flash with Libreboot... And if you install on top of it Trisquel, Gnewsen
