"where can one get a computer that has a 100% libre

inexpensive and easy to replace - the graphics device is a
bigger concern; but the generally will work out of the box,

that is somewhat of a misconception though - anyone can run
their own email service - the fact that most people
it is a federated web service - an instance is a copy of the web
service that is running on some host, such that all compatible
instances are inter-operable to some degree

im not very familiar with the term (buzzword?) "groupware"; but
that description sounds like what mattermost aims to be: an
all-in-one team management, communication, collaboration website
- essentially a free clone of slack-chat, or the altassian web

FWIW, trisquel started using gitlab many years ago, when it was not
nearly as libre-friendly as it is today, so you really can not credit
