Well, I think that's a bug in lilypond 2.0.x To fix it: edit c:\cygwin\usr\share\lilypond\2.0.1\scm\font.scm you will find lines with cmss17, cmss12, cmss10, cmss8 and so on. Well, cmss7 and below does not exist. So change all font names below cmss8 to cmss8. I think that in recent development
