I have three questions about the trill extender.
In the example below I have set the #'edge-height = #'(4 . 0) in order
to show the vertical dash that appears at the beginning of the trill
extender. If I put a non-zero value in the other position I get a
similar vertical dash at the ending point
The tagline as well as all other titling information is typeset
by LaTeX. In LaTeX, you get a new line by typing \\, however, in the
LilyPond input, you have to replace each \ with \\, so you should
try something like
tagline = First line second line

As you can find in the manual (section Invoking lilypond), the
only possible values for this field are no or a positive number.
This is why your file fails. Just leave out that field if you want
normal page numbering.

Now I've installed successfully lilypond version 2.1.34, and there is a
problem with convert-ly:
The command
convert-ly -e --from=2.1.28 op-9.2.ly
creates an empty file named op-9.2.ly.NEW, and the original file is
