LilyPond 2.14.2 does not work with Lion. What to do?

This looks like it will be PERFECT. But, it didn't work. I think the
problem is on my end, I can't seem to get the fret-letter-tablature-format
to work properly. Instead, I get an error:
Unbound Variable: fret-letter-tablature

At this time, LilyPond doesn't work on OS X Lion 10.7. The developers are
working on a fix (issue 1781).
I have no idea about 2.15.x

Just tried installing 2.14.1 and then 2.14.0 and they both gave the same
error (below). This is new since I upgraded to OSX 10.7. Both of these
versions worked before that. Hopefully that is helpful info.
