Produce Inkscape svg. Open in Gimp. Increase default resolution as needed. Default is 72. (Below Print Standard) I used 200. Save as .png. Import into Inkscape and resize or create oversize document. Still working with it, but this meets minimum. This the into publisher. -- View this message
