It's buggy, as I my knowledge doesn't allow to find default values, but it
works for turning fix on and off. That would be enough in most cases and I can
use my old spacing hacks where kievan ligatures don't help.

Hi David!
I feel very sorry that I didn't manage to make a good example for LSR that
days. Assembling the real scores was so exciting. If you will be so kind
to help me to accomplish this work, I'll make files for LSR till this
weekend.
Hoping, that you'll excuse me,

Hi!
Just use \override LyricText #'font-name = #"Your font" inside \lyricmode
before your lyrics.
Here is the link to some documentation with examples, scroll down to "Changing
stanza fonts":
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.12/input/lsr/lilypond-snippets/Vocal-mus
.org/doc/v2.15/Documentation/usage/music-fragment-options, also
in 2.14 it's not present (dunno in which version i've found it), but Calibri
font doesn't work in my lyrics (i use 2.14 if it matters).
Thank you,
Svetlana.

a skips in lyrics,
3) The best I could wish - keeping the spaces, get rid of explicit syllable
durations in upper lyrics (textI) at all.
Even first of them would be much of help.
Thank you,
Svetlana.
