Does anyone have a complete idiot's guide to installing Frescobaldi on a mac
via macports or whatever? And when I say idiot I mean total idiot. Many of
the instructions I have found just say install this or that but leave out
the how to? I am in the same position I think popler doesn't work but

considering all the messages on this thread:
Would there be a Mac user with sufficient knowledge out there to assist
Wilbert and prepare either a simple installer or at least a reliable and
comprehensive installation guide, not just now but also for upcoming

It seems that there

on Mac OS X is to use the mac ports versions of the dependencies.
Downloading them all individually and building them - I just can't make
that approach work.
Try from mac ports:

thank you for developing frescobaldi, and congratulations for the new

I tried that setting but I couldn't see a difference either way. Perhaps
it's something else that's wrong?
Would you like me to make you a quick video showing the situation? If that
would help you determine if this is a bug or just my bad luck, let me know.
:) I'd be happy to help.
