This may or may not address some of your child's issues but please consider
joining Waltham Track Club. It is a low pressure track practice and events
2 or 3 times a week. We have a wide range of children. Spring sign ups
are in the middle of winter.

I would love recommendations for a sprinting/running coach for our 9 year
old. The mechanics of his running are not quite right, and proper coaching
is needed. I appreciate any leads for someone who is great with children,

ago and used for 9 months. I also have a compatible Chicco stroller

Over the years, we occasionally get mice in some abandoned ductwork under the
slab (no basement), and our current service isn't any help. They haven't found
where the mice are getting in, and they are apparently unable to scope the
ducts.
Buck is absolutely correct: Tom Stanley has been an excellent advocate on
Lincoln’s behalf. We can only hope that whoever replaces him is half as good
and diligent as he has been for us.

We have a large pencil plant available for adoption. It is too big to fit
in our house anymore. We have several smaller cuttings from the plant,
which my mother-in-law had for zillions of years. The pencil plant is part
of the euphorbia family, so you should know that the sap from all these

Hi Michael,
Our tree guy (from Lueders) was here just now spraying our hemlocks with
horticultural oil, so I asked him whether we really still need to be
spraying. He told me that because we had a cold winter three years ago, the
numbers of adelgid were knocked back. But after two warm winters
This pallet has been outside for a couple months now and is probably in rough

post here in case someone might want to take it for firewood. (Im not sure what
other use it would have at this point.)

I am googling to learn about natural cork flooring. But, I would love to
hear back from anyone on this digest who has cork. How do you like it?
Has it held up and what are the pros and cons ? Where did you source it?
Did you have to have it professionally installed or did you do it yourself?
Does anyone have a project that requires period windows? We have *six*
37.25X36 casement windows to give away. They come with storm windows,
screens and interior magnetic clear plastic inserts (block heat loss in the
winter). The windows are in excellent condition for their age. Contact
