Hi all,
We bought a Joroto exercise bike two years ago and have used it very
little. Turns out we're treadmill and rowing machine people! This bike
sells for $400 on Amazon now. (I actually paid $425.) We are asking $250.
Like new and assembled.

My two boys were in high school during the last big flood. If you’re going to
go to the high school in Sudbury, some how you have to get across the river. My
father had given them his big old Chevy, and every day they drove to school via
Sherman Bridge Road, since we live in South West Lincoln.
Hi all: Does anyone have a HVAC company that you recommend? Tried Atlantic,
not taking new customers until 2022. And if you reply, can you explain why
you like them and what an annual (gas furnace) check up costs? Many thanks,

It is important when dealing with a single cleaning person to make sure that
they are filing their social security payments.

My daughter is having a baby and several people want to buy her books. Since my
kids are in their thirties, I know the old classics but wonder about favorite
books for young children that have come out in the last 25 years.
Thanks in advance for your ideas

I strongly recommend my cleaner, C & R Cleaning. https://crcleaninginc.com/
Ron's company has been with me for well over a decade. They are on-time,
thorough, dependable, and do a great job.
In addition, with C & R you are

It's not just the weather. It has been noted that many of the old farm
homes along the Sudbury did not get flooded when they were built back in
the day, until the construction of manmade dams for various purposes made
the Sudbury flood like the Nile. Increased paved areas also increase

Hi all,
Do any of you know of a good plumber in the area that you don’t have to wait a
week to come and fix a minor problem? Have been using Papalia but their
response time is way too long.
Thanks in advance!

That must have been the time I tried to take the kids to a thing in Sudbury
and I tried three different ways to get there -- all were flooded out so we
turned around and went back home. Must have been hell for emergency
vehicles. After that they did a lot of work on Rte. 20 at the intersection
I can easily remember the big flood because it was the year I moved to
Lincoln - 2010.

I once came on Sherman's Bridge on my bicycle several years ago as the
Wayland DPW was replacing some boards. I was told the bridge belongs to one
of the state departments, not either town, and the Wayland DPW gets paid to
do maintenance. Then I was told the provision for total re-planking is a
