I had thought (could be wrong) that Hanscom residents vote in Lincoln. That
could explain the 5000 registered voters.
It is unlikely that residents of Hanscom would be motivated to attend town
meeting and vote on local Lincoln issues.

I understand that jumping worm casings tend to be deposited more superficially
than earth worm casings, but if the garden is plowed in at the end of the
season with compost, why wouldn’t those casings be beneficial too?
