lingo-l virtual memory

A program I made once in Director 6.1 that runs with a projector, in one in about 50 computers a customer on Windows XP, gets an error message about needing 3 MB of virtual memory to run. Does any body have any idea what this could be from, or a way to solve this? Thanks! Michael Nadel

lingo-l soundlevel in Mac OSX

Did anyone hear of an issue in Mac OS X that Director returns a value of 11 if the system is set to the highest soundlevel? I thought soundlevel can only be values of 1-7?? But for some strange reason Director is returning a value of 9, 10 or 11 when I set my system to the highest?? Michael
