Is there no keycode for the insert button?
I don't think so, because it sets a state. Keys like Scroll lock, Caps
Lock, and Insert set a state in the hardware. Shift, Ctrl, Alt, Opt, and
the like you can check for with system properties.

QTVR movies but we have found that is's a bit slow to switch QUICKLY
between differents panoramic nodes. We were trying to fake a panoramic
node with a flash asset but we can't compensate the wrapping effect of
