Hi
make a copy of the behaviour
replace this line
sprite(me.spritenum).member=member(getat(mylist2,myval))
with this line
sprite(1).member = member (getat(mylist2,myval))
and attach the new behaviour to your lower sprite - should do it but
untested

More tips for mpg.
Form testing on fairly ancient machines
use mpg at 352 x 288 as this is the standard windows mpg1 format,
every other size was prone to tearing/artifacts under test
data rate about 1800 ish (cant remember the units but your compressor
will be similar I expect)
whatever size

Well I'm very tempted by all the new server stuff but then I have to
get someone to buy them (server apps).
I'm sure all the interface enhancements will be usefull for coders and
OSX projectors will, I have no doubt be required by clients so I'll no
doubt get it when they tell me they want OSX
Both versions?

Me thinks your right
'and examine the hierarchy of elements inside 3D cast members and
Macromedia Flash MX sprites.'
Which is excellent infact better than I'd hoped for there as it does
the flash files as well.

Hi Michael,
I notice that you are using 384 x 288 for the mpg1, I've done some
testing on this and on older PC's 352 x 288 seems to give the best
reproduction. I suspect this has something to do with this being an
older standard res for mpg's on the PC thus old video drivers cope
better with this
Hi Francesco,
hmm I suspect you are in 16 bit colour mode where highest value = 248
in 16 bit colour (i think)
change to 24/32 bit colour and things should work as normal.
Dave
PS for more colour stuff imaging lingo try James Newton's book - its
the business for this sort of stuff, it will
sent again as the list wasn't working

Hi Sharon
Sorry I have no idea how to change the default however:-
The design guidelines for both Mac and PC require that you use the on
mouseup event to trigger actions,
the on mousedown event should be used to do things like change the
button image to the downstate.

seems
not to be (unless you have most of the options turned off for the

On the nVidia I was averaging about 90 fps, and the ATI it was below
40
fps. Still shows the ATI to be less worthy.
