Hey List
I have searched the digests, and am now sure this can be done, only problem
remaining is how?
What I need is sort of a winAmp, that you can load your MP3's into from your
harddisk, and also play your audio cd's.
Any tips are very appreciated.
Thanks a lot.

Ok, this is plain silly, but I can't remember the function that returns the

I remember the mousemember and the rollover() functions, but those returns
any sprite, and I only want it to return the spritenumber, if the sprite

Hey
I have a flashsprite that I would like to not play... stop doesn't work,
because the flashmovie is only one frame, which then has a movieclip where
the animation takes place.
PausedAtStart doesn't work either, I guess all it does is prevent the

Hi
Have you tried restarting your computer? I once got this message, after my
computer had been working hard, and probably ran out of memory, after a

I wish I could, sounds like a good plan, but I have to turn in this cd ASAP,

Are you running from a projector that is ON the new partition, or are you

This is how you dublicate a castmember with lingo:
member("name").dublicate(to number in cast)
puppetsprite(whichsprite).true
sprite(whichsprite).member= to number in cast
sprite(whichsprite).loc= point (loch, locv)
as far as i remember, but do a search of dublicate() in the director help.

Hi all
I am having trouble burning a cd that keeps the path names to the QuickTime
files correctly.
My structure is quite simple, my .dir file has a cast called movies, which
naturally links to my QuickTime movies in a subfolder called 'film'.
When I create the projector, it works fine on my Pc,
never mind, forgot the xtra folder... duh.

Does anyone know how to register the Mac version of the buddy Api? I have
the pc version up and running, using the BaReg(info) in the startmovie, but
no such thing in the Mac version...
I have looked all over the mods site, but no luck...
Help..
