My point was that it only works when it's driven by the content provider
(Netflix, Akamai, Cloudflare, etc), not when it's driven by the ISP. ISP

Satellite was never going to be a longterm solution. Those who thought
otherwise were selling/sold the Brooklyn Bridge.
