What do people think of the idea of having events that would be half hackathon
half lecture. Something where people could show up and code in a relaxed, club
house environment on a similar GNU/Linux themed project?
I think it would probably have to be on a weekend because most people work an

Hey, a while back someone posted a link to MIT's new teaching operating system.
In case anyone is interested this is the teaching operating system from TU
Dresden. Its an L4 micro kernel but if you are used to UNIX its a completely
alien world. They have some course notes for it posted on line
I'd also be interested in a Linux group dedicated to embedded Linux. A location
easily accessible from the Queensway is preferable also.
