about Informix on the platform. Being an Informix 'old timer' I would love to
try it. Unfortunately I can't find many Informix positions out there whether
it's zLinux or any other OS. Make sure you use DIO if you're no

We are looking at the possiblity of running Informix on Suse10 under VM -
any success stories on this combination ? I know that I've heard Oracle,
DB2, WAS, and other "interesting" software being nicely compatible - but
has anyone played with Informix yet ?

Mark,
Don't apologize for a typo, If I knew what you meant
I would have gone there without your help . I didn't
so all help is appreciated.

Actual commands
Hi
This what I get from btape:
=== Write, rewind, and position test ===
I'm going to write 1000 records and an EOF
then write 1000 records and an EOF, then rewind,
and position to a few blocks and verify that it is correct.
This is an *essential* feature ...

Subject: expired product

Novell I saw under "My Products" I have 2 expired
products.
What does that mean? The products are no longer
supported by Novell or has my support subscription ran
out??
thanks

Does anyone know if there are any specific parameters that need to be
set for these kinds of tapes drives since they are not real SCSI
devices.
I'm looking for parmeters in the bacula-sd.conf file
