The excuses you list are folks that choose not to pay attention to the world
around them and buy the FUD the other vendors are spinning. If that is what
you have to deal with at WSU and there is no one helping you get by the
outdated perceptions and misconcep
This is not helpful when facing the "some of these systems are 30 or
40 years old" and IBM = "lots and lots and LOTS of money" mentality. As
inaccurate as both of these perceptions might be.
