all of the following transpired in VM 6.1
i am trying to do what's necessary to set up, install linux under VM,
per the SOE in the "getting started with linux on system Z" book.
i created a LININCLD DIRECT which looks like this:
PROFILE LIN
cross-posted to VM, linux-390 list servers.
i have been tasked to install linux under VM in an IFL lpar on an ibm z10, and
"make it so we can clone it later on".
the VM is 6.1
the linux will be RedHat; someone else in the organization is going to get a
"trial copy" from a/the vendor and provide m
far out, man. can you post some pix afterwards??
