Frank, for Linux and z/VM, zPDT is available only to ISVs. Customers of
IBM Rational Development on z/OS can obtain zPDT solely for the purpos

We just brought one up (the IBM version). So far, so good, although the
usefulness depends a LOT on how much hardware you put under it. Fortunately,
there are a LOT of 8-16 core Xeon systems on ebay for $15
