Sync all data and metadata every nrsec seconds. The default
value is 5 seconds. Zero means default.
(in this case ext3)

ok, so it's a problem that got introduced with gcc 4.5* - gcc 4.4* is
still somewhat less troublesome when dealing with "exotic" packages ;)
