Tried that patch before. Forgot to say that. Made no difference.
Well, you need it anyway. Btw, afaik the card does not support
auto inversion. So you'll have to specify it (off is good for france)
When I add 166 Mhz I get the same result:

My experience with it hasn't been fantastic. It still won't tune SBS
(local UHF station here in Melbourne, Australia).
Is that true for SBS in other locations? I'm in Sydney. Have you tried other
tuners (is it just the signal?)
Just recently one of
the frontends stopped loading after a cold

Hello,
the subsystem id of the card is 13c2:100f.
It's a TT Budget s1102 with a Philips SU1278/SHA tuner.
You can receive the transponder on NSS7 (22°W) in Europe with a 90cm Antenna.

Hi,
Regarding this post:

I wondered if there was any update on this card? I have a el-cheapo USB
stick of the same time, and wondered if it would work. (If it doesn't,
it's time to repair my Windows installation ;-) )
Cheers,

Maybe some problem with macro expansion.
The attached patch replaces the macros by inline functions.
Does it work now?
That fixed it. It compiles with no warning now, using a 2.6.17.13 kernel.
Thanks! Seems to be working

In the current Kernel the module dvb-pll.c ist statically linked with all
frontends for bt8xx cards. This is not good. The Pinnacle PCTVSAT does not need
this module. The proper place for this patch is the mm-tree to make sure
whether there are other bt8xx-cards around apart from the PCTVSAT
Currently the modules dst.c and dst-ca.c are compiled in connection with
dvb-bt8xx.c by default like a siamese birth.
As the Pinnacle PCTVSAT DOES NOT NEED dst.c or dst-ca.c I invented this patch
to save RAM.
This is something for users, perhaps for the mm-tree, but NOTHING for the
