Thank to the tip on #v4l I try to include the info for the HVR-4000 into

I have installed kdiff3 but I still found it hard.
I tried this :
hg clone http://linuxtv.org/hg/v4l-dvb
cd v4l-dvb
hg pull http://linuxtv.org/hg/~stoth/multiproto
hg merge

I did break up your [patches and applied it except for the CU1216 related ones.
Is there some way that they could be delivered into the main Linux

The stoth/multiproto HVR4000 patches were simply enough to add to Manu's

I already tried this :

Hi,
it seems, that is a bug in frontend_init() in budget-av.c for some DVB-S cards.
It exist the following code:

case SUBID_DVBS_EASYWATCH_1:

You are right. I compared this piece of code only with the

Assuming these are patches should be applied to a vanilla v4l tree as of

I have had real problems getting the TT-1500 (DVB-T) working.
I have been using dvbtune for some diagnostics.
The following should yield BBC Multiplex on my local transmitter

It does not, I tried adding 166Khz (722166) but no luck. So

new ones from the mercurial sources?
