First of all - Thanks to everybody for earlier help.
The easier way is to go with 2.6 and dvb-kernel
./makelinks kernel-src-path would be fine...
I did it in that way, I made ./makelinks, I compiled the kernel
2.6 with V4l and in
desperation I mark everything there as a modules
module dvb-bt8xx. Could somebody tell me where can I find it ?
$ cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvs/linuxtv co dvb-kernel
$ cd dvb-kernel/build-2.4/
$ ./getlinks
$ make
$ ./insmod-bt8xx.sh

2) use a 2.6 kernel and use the makelinks script to replace the kernel
dvb driver with the latest driver from the CVS. I must admit that I
haven't tried this for a long time, so expect problems here.
